Moments from our journey together
Glimpses of our Garbhasanskar activities, teachings, therapies and the beautiful families we've been honoured to guide.

Garbhasanskar activities at our Nashik clinic
Garbhasanskar activities bring the teachings of Ayurveda to life. At our Nashik clinic, expectant mothers and their families take part in prenatal yoga and pranayama, Geeta Pathan, lectures on Garbhavidnyan, Panchakarma therapies and traditional yadnya ceremonies.
Each of these activities has a purpose. Gentle yoga and breathing keep the body supple and calm, recitation of shlokas and the Bhagavad Geeta creates a peaceful mind, and group lectures help couples understand what to eat, how to live and how to bond with their baby in the womb.
Group sessions also build a sense of community. Mothers in different months of pregnancy meet, share their experiences and learn from one another, while partners and grandparents learn how to create a calm and positive home for the baby.
The photographs in this gallery show moments from these sessions. To take part, join our free Saturday webinar or explore our Garbhasanskar services. You can read more about Ayurveda on the website of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
