• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will confirm your date and time on WhatsApp.
• Online consultations take place over a private video call. Please join on time from a quiet, private place with a stable internet connection.
• Fees, payment details and any rescheduling or cancellation terms will be shared with you before your consultation is confirmed.
• Please share accurate and complete information about your health, so that our guidance is safe and suitable for you.
• Online consultations have limits. If we feel you need an in-person examination or tests, we will tell you.

• Our webinars are free, and places may be limited.
• Joining details and reminders are sent on WhatsApp to the number you register with.
• Dates, times and topics may change. We will do our best to let you know in advance.
• Please do not record, copy or share webinar sessions without our written permission.
